A customer with these needs has to know deeply the sector in order to understand the business drivers, the market evaluations and, consequently, the profitability of the envisaged transaction in light of the available finance.
Arcadia will perform a scouting activity in agreement with its Customer in order to select the more interesting targets considering the objectives and will negotiate the best possible terms and conditions in the interest of its Customer; the whole execution process will be managed through the coordination of the other players involved (legal & tax counsel, auditors etc.) and leading the negotiation “frontline” until the closing.
Disposal:
The decision to sell a company or a stake may be inspired by many factors: inheritance reasons, strategic repositioning of the investment portfolio or, simply, the need to terminate an investment cycle.
Arcadia will prepare all the needed appropriate papers in order to reach the best evaluation of the asset on sale (Teaser, Information Memorandum, Business Plan, etc.), will select the more suitable counterparts and will manage the execution process in accordance with the other players involved (legal & tax counsel, auditors, etc.) and leading the negotiation “frontline” until the closing.
